Fundamentals of Public Financial Disclosure Pre-Course Self Assessment: If you have not previously taken the Introduction to Conflicts of Interest Course at OGE, please try to answer the following questions.  The Fundamentals of Public Financial Disclosure assumes that participants have a basic knowledge of the criminal conflict of interest statues and the standards of conduct.  If you are not able to answer the questions, please follow the links provided to access further information.  Please complete this learning exercise prior to attending the Fundamentals of Public Financial Disclosure class.

New Ethics Official Certificate Program (Registration and Wait List Closed)

Are you new to the world of Government ethics? Would you like to connect with others in the ethics community? Do you want to learn about ways you can build an ethical culture in your agency? Are you excited about building a career in ethics? The U.S. Office of Government Ethics (OGE) is pleased to announce that OGE will conduct two New Ethics Official Certificate Programs during the third quarter in Washington, DC. The program dates are May 15-17, 2012 and June 19-21, 2012. The Certificate Program is designed for new ethics practitioners. There are no pre-requisites for this program. However, registration is limited to those who have performed ethics duties either full time or part time for no more than 3 years.

Registration is very limited for both programs especially the May program as OGE offered slots to registrants that were waitlisted for the program that was conducted in February. Participants who successfully complete an assessment at the end of the program will receive a Certificate of Completion. You MUST attend the entire program in order to receive a Certificate of Completion.
