In this one-hour broadcast, IEG instructors will share ways that we can use data to improve executive branch ethics programs. This presentation will focus on ways we can use data from OGE’s Annual Agency Ethics Program Questionnaire, new data from a survey of executive branch employees conducted by MSPB, and results from the Employee Viewpoint Survey to help allocate resources, advocate for support, and prioritize program functions. Rather than a point-by-point discussion of the results of these measurements, this presentation will focus on ways that the data can be used to make program decisions.
