This summary report is a compilation of 137 agencies’ responses to OGE’s CY20 Annual Agency Ethics Program Questionnaire. The report provides insight into the resources used to implement the executive branch ethics program as well as the aggregate numbers and compliance rates for each of the main program areas designed to prevent, detect, and resolve conflicts of interest.
