This document outlines the U.S. experience in implementing Articles 7-9 of the United Nations Convention against Corruption (UNCAC) as they relate to conflicts of interest, reporting acts of corruption, and asset declaration. OGE prepared this document, on behalf of the United States, in response to Notes Verbal CU 2012/28(A) and CU 2012/82(A)/DTA/CEB from the Open-ended Intergovernmental Working Group on Prevention.
