Provide your input on potential improvements to the executive branch public and confidential financial disclosure forms.
The U.S. Office of Government Ethics has begun the renewal process for the OGE Form 278e (Executive Branch Personnel Public Financial Disclosure Report) and the OGE Form 450 (Executive Branch Confidential Financial Disclosure Report). As part of this process, OGE will host a public meeting to gather input from stakeholders and other interested members of the public. Participants will have an opportunity to share ideas, provide information, raise concerns, and respond to perspectives offered by others. The discussion will help OGE better understand views on the financial disclosure forms. The public meeting will be held on December 10, 2026.
You can read about the proposed changes and obtain instructions on how to register and participate in this public meeting in this Federal Register Notice. Written comments may be submitted by email to forms@OGE.gov. All comments must be received by December 3, 2026.
