58 FR 39625: Supplemental Requirements for Financial Disclosure, Qualified Trusts, and Certificates of Divestiture for Employees of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (the Corporation), with the concurrence of the Office of Government Ethics (OGE), is issuing interim financial disclosure requirements for officers and employees of the Corporation. This interim rule revokes the Corporation's current financial disclosure regulations and promulgates substantially similar regulations, which are designed to supplement the Executive Branch Financial Disclosure, Qualified Trusts, and Certificates of Divestiture requirements issued by OGE.
